AVIS/BUDGET RENTAL & SALES PROJECT
Project was a remodel of existing commercial building for use as dealership and rental offices for Avis/Budget Rentals USA
The building located in Tampa, Fl was targeted as a new project for Avis and required work on structural, electrical, tile interior wall rearrangement and painting. Maintenance bays were updated to be more practical for services at the location.
Dealer area required the main area to be tiled, restrooms to be remodel/updated to public codes and walls to be moved to accomodate office floorplan.
Rental area was updated with new office areas and a general service desk. All electrical, telecommunications, security and surveilance systems were updated.
Remodel completion was within timetable and within budget.
